Maini’s CCC is a one-of-a-kind program in India, wherein we assume the entire responsibility for maintenance and upkeep of the equipment at our customer’s premises. A team of well – trained MMM employees are assigned to the customer’s premises during the contract period. The on-site team ensures that preventive maintenance activities are carried out as per agreed schedule.

As a part of this drive, we have decided to maintain a centralized login system, so that the service request status is known online to even the highest person in the hierarchy. Timely intervention by the management in the escalation matrix would help in instant service, closing the complaints in a much shorter time.

Annual Maintenance Contract

Maini’s Annual Maintenance Contract is custom made based on your specific needs. This agreement brings you peace of mind by minimizing the risk of downtime, maximizing the performance and reducing operating costs. Our Engineers visit the customer’s premises as per agreed terms during the contract period to ensure preventive maintenance and regular upkeep of the buggies.
